After 30+ years of effective and strategic administration of people, processes and resources — spanning all sectors; private, non-profit and public — in three countries on two continents, I formed Cresta Alta Consulting with a mission to coach and coalesce groups of diverse stakeholders into concerted and successful efforts.
Particular expertise include the facilitation of organizational stategic planning, transition coaching, leadership development, start-up oversight and/or customized team cultivation retreats.

With an identified destination, we design, construct or rebuild the highway system that will get the organization there.
Together we identify your departmental or programmatic goals, those strategies and tactics needed to reach them along with the outcomes by which achievement will be measured and defined.
Develop System Safeguards
Finally, we create, redefine or alter the necessary processes to assure all are moving in concerted effort.
This includes, but is not limited to, people processes, financial and information management systems, risk identification and management initiatives and ongoing organizational health assessments.
